- SET UP/PACK UP: Set up 5:00pm-5:45pm / Out by 9:30pm

- PARKING: Unload/load at circle by entrance, then park on street.

- NOT PERMITTED: Tape, nails, hooks or thumbtacks to attach anything to the walls/woodwork. Rice, balloons, confetti as these are environmentally unfit.

- Discard all trash and return tables & chairs as they were at the start of event.

- READINGS: 15 mins / $35.00 (Reader collects payment from clients)

- PROVIDED: Square Table, Two Chairs, & Sign up Sheet

- MUST BRING: Tablecloth, Framed Bio

- Submit your bios with services for advertising

- TABLE FEE $70

- PROVIDED: 6ft Table & Two Chairs

- Submit pictures of your items/products for advertising

- Vendor collects payment from their clients

- TABLE FEE $75
